|This 10 minute video on the importance of our pineal gland by Dr. Rick Strassman is fascinating.
In Sheldan’s webinar, Ascension, he explains in detail what is happening in our heads. It won’t be available until the end of September as a webinar archive. This is a must have for your library.
|The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone, hence its name, and it is located near the center of the brain. It is reddish-graay and about the size of a rice grain.
The pineal gland is associated with the sixth chakra known as the ajna or third eye chakra. It is believed by some to be a dormant organ that can be awakened to enable telepathic communication. Taoists call the center of the brain between the pineal and pituitary the “Crystal Palace”.
